Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: Minimum 4+ Yrs

Location: Hyderabad

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on how to best utilize SAP FICO to meet their needs. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, as well as solid technical skills in SAP FICO configuration and customization.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet business objectives using SAP FICO modules.
Configure SAP FICO modules based on best practices and client-specific requirements.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP FICO functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends to continuously improve SAP FICO solutions and processes.
Participate in project planning, scoping,



and estimation activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Document solution designs, configurations, and processes according to project standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 + years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO implementation and support.
Robust understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
SAP FICO certification is preferred.
