We are looking for a skilled Senior Coder to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad II. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in coding and experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using expertise in coding systems.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate coding compliance.
Develop and implement effective coding processes to improve efficiency.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices.
