BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BD

JD for Manager QS (BD)

1) Study tender drawings, schedules, specifications and prepare tender report.

2) Carry out site visit and submit site visit report along with local material procurement sources & rates.

3) Get quotations of purchase items from suppliers.

4) Prepare quantities from tender drawings / site visit and carry out rate analysis & costing.

5) Submit costing to the management and have detailed discussion for finalization of costings.

6) Incorporate any modifications suggested by the management and resubmit costings and get approval from the management.

Requirements:

1) 10 Years experience in rate analysis & costings of Infrastructure construction companies and worked in construction tenders like Roads, Railways, Tunnels, Irrigation, Pipeline works, Mining, Industrial Projects, T&D;, Buildings etc

2) Educational Qualifications: M.Tech / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
