Role & responsibilities
Proven experience in handling H1B transfers, H4-EAD, GC, and citizens
Understand the candidate's skill set, visa status, and career aspirations.
Post job requirements on Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate details.
Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
Stay updated on US IT market trends and hiring needs.
Solid background in working with direct client positions
Keep in regular contact with candidates and guide them through to the end
Familiarity with project transfers.
