Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Manager/Architect with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in customization, integrations, plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, PCF controls, and business process flows.
Build and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, and integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications.
Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Create and customize entities, forms, dashboards, views, business rules,



and security roles.
Work with Azure services for integrations.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
