Key Responsibilities
Recent Business Development
Identify and prospect recent clients in target industries (FMCG, pharma, auto, ecommerce, industrial goods, etc.).
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, exhibitions, and digital channels.
Understand client packaging/printing requirements and propose suitable solutions (boxes, corrugated packaging, labels, flexible packaging, industrial printing, etc.).
Account Management & Relationship Building
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, operations, brand, supply chain).
Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to order closure and post-sales support.
Solution Selling & Presentations
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (offline/online) showcasing packaging designs, print quality, durability, customization options, and cost advantages.




Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
Work with design/production teams to align solutions with client specifications and timelines.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for revenue, volume, and profitability.
Develop territory-wise sales plans, pipelines, and forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing; share insights with management.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery and payment collection.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, meetings, follow-ups, orders).
Prepare regular sales reports (pipeline, conversion, collection, market feedback).
