Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed data platforms.
Solid hands-on experience with open-source data technologies (Kafka, Flink, Hadoop, Iceberg, etc.).
Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and medallion architecture.
Deep understanding of:
Data governance
Data quality
Security and access control
Robust programming/scripting skills (Java/Scala/Python preferred).
Experience with real-time streaming architectures and CDC (Change Data Capture).
Ability to work in globally distributed settings.
