We are looking for an experienced Director Software Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams, drive software delivery excellence, and establish engineering best practices. The role involves managing large-scale technology programs, collaborating with business stakeholders, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
15–20 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development.
5+ years in an engineering leadership/people/ Vendor management role.
Solid experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Software Architecture.
Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices,Java, Python, Azure, AWS, GCP, GenAI, and up-to-date Scalable application development.
Hands-on software development background with demonstrated leadership in building and scaling engineering teams- 80-120 members.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Healthcare domain is preferred.
