Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Noida, Recent Delhi (Pitampura,Nangloi, Mundka)

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Edgeband products.
Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network in Pune and surrounding areas.
Build relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen manufacturers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and OEMs.
Generate demand through regular market visits and customer meetings.
Conduct product demonstrations, carpenter meets, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.




Coordinate with logistics and customer support for smooth order execution.
Submit daily call reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate, Post Graduate
4 to 8 years of sales experience in PVC Edgeband, laminates, plywood, MDF, hardware, or related building materials.
Solid knowledge of the Pune furniture and interior market.
Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
