Role & responsibilities
Install and commission rice mill machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues.
Plan preventive/predictive maintenance.
Enhance machine performance and reduce downtime.

Mentor and train service engineers/technicians.
Develop manuals, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and checklists.
Conduct classroom and practical training.
Ensure safety and service standards are followed.
Maintain service records and reports.
Build knowledge base (installation steps, maintenance schedules, troubleshooting charts, RCA reports, spare parts lists).
Analyze service data to identify recurring issues.
Build robust customer relationships.
Train operators and maintenance staff at sites.
Handle warranty claims and provide technical guidance.
