Pilot is India's driving learning platform, helping users book driving classes and driving license assistance through a seamless digital experience.

We are looking for energetic Sales Interns who enjoy speaking with customers and helping them choose the right service.

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will work with warm leads generated through the Pilot app. Our marketing team will provide you with users who have already shown interest by installing the app.

Your responsibility is to contact these users, understand their requirements, answer their questions, and convert them into paying customers.

Responsibilities
Call users who have installed the Pilot app.
Explain Pilot's Driving Classes and License Assistance services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Convince interested users to complete their booking.
Follow up with potential customers until they make a purchase.
Maintain accurate call notes and customer updates in the CRM.
Achieve daily call and booking targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for successful customer onboarding.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Telugu (mandatory).
Basic English and Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Confident speaking over phone calls.




Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.
Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
