Job Description

We're seeking a agile individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals




Guide and cultivate the Sales Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement
Identify and cultivate current crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector
Set revenue and goals for the Sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines
Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities
Oversee the P&L; of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met

Required Skills:
Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector
4+ years of experience in B2C sales role
Proven success in team management
Ability to travel as needed for business engagements

Positive to Have:

Experience in the retail financial services space selling asset or liability products and managing a large field force
