End to End Recruitment for Middle and Top-Level Positions, only permanent Hiring.
Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals, Head hunting, Social Networking, reference etc. in stipulated time frame.
Close the requirements within the timeframe
Contact eligible candidates for interviews & follow ups.
Design search strategy for senior/niche requisitions.
Making Recruitment Strategies.
Handling Recruitment Life Cycle.
Mapping target companies and competitors.
Stakeholder Management/ Client Coordination
Team Management
Desired Candidate Profile:
Preferring candidates with excellent communication skills.
Must be proficient in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
Minimum 1 years of experience from consultancy background.
