Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services (servers, networks, cloud, security, etc.)
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders for service-related matters
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
Lead service review meetings and provide performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams (Network, System, Security, Cloud) for issue resolution
Manage escalations and ensure timely closure of critical incidents
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices
Drive automation and process optimization for better efficiency




Support transition of recent services/projects into operations.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Storage, Cloud)
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management)
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Positive communication and leadership skills
