Role Overview:

Looking for a high-performing backend developer (IC Role) who can own features end-to-

end and deliver fast using AI-assisted development workflows. The role focuses on building

scalable systems with strong emphasis on execution speed and ownership.

Job Summary:

-Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Django/Fast.API)
Build and scale RESTful APIs
Design and manage relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (NDB/Datastore)
Develop systems on GCP (Cloud Run / App Engine / Pub/Sub)
Integrate third-party APIs
Optimize performance across APIs, DB queries, and system design
Own complete lifecycle: requirement design development deployment
Ship quick and iterate based on feedback

AI-Driven Development Expectations
Use AI tools for code generation, debugging,



and optimization
Convert requirements into working code quickly using LLMs
Build internal utilities to accelerate development
Ensure quality and correctness of AI-generated code

Robust problem-solving skills with minimal supervision

Ability to move fast and deliver under ambiguity
Focus on execution over over-engineering
Robust proficiency in Python
Experience with Fast API
Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
Experience with NDB / Datastore
Solid understanding of API and DB design
Experience with GCP
Knowledge of Docker and microservices
