Job Role: HR Managed Services Hire to Retire Associate Consultant

Job Type: 12 months Fixed-term / Contract, with potential for FTE transition

Location: Bengaluru

Mode: Work from Office (Divyasree Chambers)

Shifts: Versatile to support MENA time zones

Role Requirement: Looking for an early-career qualified with core HR operations experience and exposure to HRIS or case-management platforms. Ideal for someone eager to develop in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process mastery using HRIS platforms and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Hire-to-Retire process areas: Recruitment Admin, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Data Management, Time & Attendance, Compensation Administration, Query Management and Case Management.
Execute HR transactions accurately and within SLA requirements.
Manage tickets and cases using case or query management tool.
Document workflows, audit interactions, and escalate issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regional labor regulations.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
Basic knowledge of HR processes and lifecycle administration. Should have worked in at least one process area - Recruitment Admin, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Data Management, Time & Attendance, Compensation Administration,



Query Management and Case Management.
Familiarity with HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and case management systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft Orchestrator).
High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Effective communication within global-team settings.
Problem-solving orientation and proactive engagement.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business with at least 3 years of experience in related field
At least 3 years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Managed Services workplace.
MENA client experience preferred
Exposure to SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 tools preferred.
