Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide production support for Informatica PowerCenter and IICS workflows.
Monitor ETL jobs and resolve job failures.
Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Handle data validation and reconciliation activities.
Troubleshoot performance issues in ETL processes.
Work on defect fixes, enhancements, and change requests.
Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution.
Ensure SLA compliance for support tickets and incidents.
Perform deployment and post-production validation.
Prepare support documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Preferred Candidate
Solid SQL knowledge.
Experience in support and maintenance projects.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
