Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
Responsible to Achieve targeted Net Revenue
Expand Sales Beyond a Defined Geographic Area, Province or Country.
Negotiating Terms and Agreements With Internal /External Customers and Closing Sales
Set Sales Targets with Sales Team
Oversee and Evaluate the Activities and Performance of the Sales Team
Provide Feedback, Support and Coaching to the Team.
Plan Team Training on Regular Basis
Support the Team to get desired Leads per day and Check the feedback
Identify potential customers and register prospects
Improve sales closures by coordinating with other departments
Maintaining Data base and regularly updating the same
Procure and Update Database regularly from Other teams and Management.
Escalate Disputes with Customers to the Management
Regular and accurate entry of leads into the Database software

Giving leads to other Departments and help them in closing the orders

Preferred candidate profile

must have sales experience in lighting Division
