Supervise and plan daily construction and maintenance activities.
Handle billing task including preparation and verification of Client and Vendors bills .
Perform estimation and costing of project work with accuracy.
Conduct rate analysis for materials and labour.
Prepare and manage BOQ and BOM.
Verify Steel reinforcement and form work as per design and drawings.
Perform layout checking and ensure proper execution at site.
Ensure Quality Control of material’s and construction activities.
Co ordinate with Internal teams, contractors and vendors for smooth operations
