The Head - Finance & Commercial will be responsible for leading the Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Stores functions .

Responsibilities :-
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes for the unit.
Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Monitor and control variable costs, fixed costs, and capital expenditure to achieve budgeted financial targets.
Co-ordinate with all internal, statutory, tax, and external audits to facilitate smooth conduct of Audits and timely closure of audit observations
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Commercial, HR, and Corporate teams to support strategic and operational decision-making
Devise effective procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely availability of materials and services
Ensure optimum inventory levels through effective planning, monitoring, and control mechanisms.

Key Skills :-
Exposure to Plant Finance, Cost Management, Commercial Operations, Procurement, and Stores Management.
Experience in SAP (FI/CO/MM) and financial analytics tools preferred.
