What You Do
Develop and maintain scalable, modular applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Design RESTful APIs and work with WebSocket-based communication for embedded hardware integration
Build responsive interfaces for HMIs and web-based dashboards
Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and product teams to create seamless hardware-software experiences
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control
Collaborate with AI-driven tools to accelerate development (and be open to learning and applying AI in software building)
Contribute to debugging and performance tuning across both frontend and backend systems
Understand the "why" behind each product to ensure impactful development with a user-first mindset

Requirements
4+ years of full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state management (Redux/MobX)
Experience with WebSockets, REST APIs,



and interfacing with hardware (via embedded systems)
Familiarity with Linux environments (Ubuntu/Raspbian), Git, and Docker
Willingness to upskill in AI tools/APIs and leverage them in software workflows
Robust fundamentals in data structures, system design, and debugging practices
Ability to think end-to-end : from database to UI to device sync
Transparent communication, team spirit, and a bias for action

Nice to Have
Exposure to MQTT, Socket.io, or GraphQL
Understanding of firmware-hardware interactions
Experience working in hardware startups or on physical product interfaces
Contributions to open-source, side projects, or personal hardware-software experiments
