Vertvista Eco Solutions, a biophilic-design and commercial landscaping company, is hiring a Senior Project & Maintenance Manager for Pune to own end-to-end project execution and maintenance (AMC) for the region.

Key responsibilities: Plan and manage installation projects and maintenance sites in Pune; lead, train and hold accountable site supervisors and gardeners; client coordination and relationship building; BOQ, material planning and procurement coordination; cost control and budgeting; quality and safety compliance; weekly site visits and daily updates on the work-management app; project handover and closure documentation; KPI reporting to management.

Requirements: 5+ years in horticulture/landscape project AND maintenance management; solid team management; plant knowledge; BOQ and estimation; positive English communication; computer skills (Excel, email, project apps). Valuable to have: interior / green-wall / vertical-garden project exposure, AutoCAD reading, multi-site management, local Pune nursery and vendor network.
