Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with solid experience in handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications
Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.)
Work on deployment support and release activities
Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime

Required Skills




Solid experience in Java / J2EE
Hands-on experience in Spring Boot / Microservices
Valuable knowledge of REST APIs
Experience in production support / incident management
Understanding of SQL / databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
Exposure to Unix/Linux commands
Familiarity with log monitoring tools (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace)

Good to Have
Experience with Angular or React
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
