Candidate must be having experience working in a SOLAR MODULE MANUFACTURING Plant.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, Factory Compliance, PF, ESIC, Bonus etc.
Manage contract labour management system effectively.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, payroll processing, and other HR-related tasks.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues promptly.
