Catalogue and Performance Marketing Manager

Own and optimise end-to-end catalogue and conversion funnel across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Decathlon, Current Emerging Channels) to drive higher visibility, better conversion rates, and faster SKU scale-up.

Support execution and optimisation of marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart,



etc.) to drive incremental sales while maintaining efficiency, and assist in coordinating with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:-
Set up and manage campaigns on: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other e-commerce/
Track campaign performance: 3. ACOS / ROAS 4.CTR / CVR
Work closely with external ad agencies & Track agency performance and outputs
Maintain daily/weekly performance reports
Share insights with Channel & Catalogue teams
Identify trending search terms & Support listing optimisation inputs.
Manage end-to-end product listings across marketplaces
Ensure accurate, complete, and optimised catalogue
Handle bulk uploads, listing corrections, and optimisations along with rich cataloguing
Improve product page conversion rates (CVR)
Improve organic rankings and search visibility
Align catalogue with ad strategy & trending keywords
Coordinate with internal teams for: Content, images, compliances
Identify underperforming listings and fix gaps
