Role & responsibilities

Job purpose
To ensure all the visits to patient for installing, removal, sleep study report generation and physician meetings are not deviated from the schedule.
To ensure for addressing all the schedule for conducting sleep studies, explaining and convincing patient about the health condition in coordination with referring physician.
To ensure to coordinate with the internal team to execute uninterrupted service delivery.

Duties and responsibilities
Day to day visit to meet consultants and other hospital staff to get the leads.
Promoting healthcare services to the potential doctors and other healthcare providers
Coordinate with internal staff for arranging various doctor engagement activities like CME, RTM and demo and trial in hospitals.
Maintain daily visit tracker to doctors and healthcare providers
Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of leads
Connect/communicate with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis via call/message to as per the protocol defined.
Document customer interactions, including phone calls and messaging and tracking health metrics.




Create a feedback loop between customers, coaches, and Customer Support, Operations, referring physician and Product teams to help improve the customer and coach experiences.
Work on creating content for relevant blog posts and content emails for our customers.
Work on updating daily numbers in the excel sheet and publishing the EOD/weekly and monthly reports.
Collection of payment through digital gateway and daily reconciliation of the same.

Stays up to date with current trends and update in the market
Organized, detail-oriented team player with an ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace.
Robust communication skills - writing, typing and phone.
Must be open to feedback and have a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Good computer proficiency - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
Should be proficient in Hindi and English mandatory
