The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of HR and payroll system integrations
Assist with reviewing integration activity and maintaining data accuracy across connected global systems
Monitor and support absence tracking processes
Coordinate reporting activities and audits for HR programs and operations
Support compensation-related transactions, tracking, and documentation
Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and payment activities
Process employee reimbursement and support program administration
Identify prospects to improve process efficiency and operational effectiveness
Actively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative,



executing on goals and focusing on performance and safety
Improve the organization capacity and capabilities through building team-oriented relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive communications and influence with others

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
A minimum of a bachelor s degree
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times
The ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different

The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Solid analytical and Excel reporting/skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
