Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
Participate in code blue response team activations and rapid response team activations as required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
