Description and Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
4 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring boot, OOP concepts, SQL and database design , Rest APIs, JSON, GIT Enterprises and JavaScript (React or Angular)
Experience building applications from scratch
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Hands-on exposure to Kafka / queues / messaging systems
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Solid understanding of Data structures & algorithms, System design and architecture and Software engineering principles





Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science or related field
Experience in Insurance/Disability domain
Exposure to AI tools / GitHub Copilot / contemporary developer productivity tools
Experience working in Agile/Protected environments
Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams
