Role & responsibilities
Perform end-to-end quality control of Bengali localized content, including subtitles, scripts, and dubbed audio.
Review Bengali subtitles for linguistic accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, readability, and natural language flow.
Validate translations to ensure contextual accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency with the source content.
Conduct dubbing quality checks by evaluating lip-sync, audio clarity, pronunciation, timing, tone, and overall performance.
Identify and report translation errors, omissions, inconsistencies, mistranslations, and formatting issues.
Ensure subtitles and dubbed content comply with client-specific style guides, glossaries, terminology, and platform standards.
Verify subtitle synchronization, formatting, and technical specifications for OTT and broadcast platforms.




Document quality issues with transparent feedback and collaborate with translators, editors, linguists, and dubbing studios to resolve them.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and turnaround timelines.
Track recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements to enhance localization workflows and efficiency.
Maintain high levels of linguistic accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency across all assigned projects.
Ensure adherence to internal quality processes, client requirements, and industry best practices for media localization.
