Skills:
Solid technofunctional understandingof core SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, HR, PP depending on landscape).
Proven experience leading application support and enhancement engagements.
Robust experience in incident, problem, change, and release management.
Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA architectures
Positive to have
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades.
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and monitoring tools.
ITIL / PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications.
Experience in global delivery and multivendor environments.
