Generate business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and client meetings.
Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent business growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and key decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized recruitment and staffing solutions.
Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Manage key client accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure long-term client retention.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery.




Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
Mentor and support junior business development executives when required.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market prospects.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and CRM records.
