We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect with 10+ years of ServiceNow experience and 5+ years specializing in ITOM modules. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, along with a solid understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies.
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of ServiceNow experience with 5+ years in ITOM.
Solid expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ITOM solutions.
Valuable understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and application dependencies.
ServiceNow CIS-ITOM certification preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
