Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Security Consultant with 8+ years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Security across 11i and R12.x settings. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle EBS Security architecture, user administration, role-based access control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD). Experience working with business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Acquire-to-Retire (ATC), and Hire-to-Retire (HTR) is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle EBS Security across Oracle EBS 11i and R12.x environments.
Analyze business requirements and design security solutions aligned with PTP, OTC, ATC, and HTR business processes.
Design, configure, and maintain user roles, responsibilities, menus, and security profiles.
Manage Oracle EBS user provisioning, role assignments, and access administration.
Configure and support security controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Troubleshoot security-related issues and provide timely resolution.
Conduct periodic user access reviews,



audits, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation, upgrades, and support activities.
Create and maintain security documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines.
Support Oracle EBS patching, upgrades, and security enhancements.

Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Security.
Solid experience with Oracle EBS 11i and R12.x Security implementation and administration.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS security architecture, responsibilities, menus, request groups, and security profiles.
Strong understanding of Oracle business processes:
Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
Acquire-to-Retire (ATC)
Hire-to-Retire (HTR)
Experience in Oracle EBS User Administration and Access Management.
Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Experience supporting security audits and compliance requirements.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
