Overall, 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Workday

Experience in Integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI

Experience in creating/modifying Business Process and/or Eligibility rules, steps

Analyze business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign HCM solutions

Experience in understanding business/process, reviewing the user stories/requirements, development, testing.

Knowledge on HCM Modules including Core HR, Payroll,

Should have solid Techno-Functional experience in any of these modules - Core HR, Payroll

Proven experience in relational database technologies and familiarity with DB design.

Understands the usability and accessibility aspects

Solid communication and interpersonal skills is a must

Experience working in Agile teams, knowledge of Scrum construct and be part of all agile/scrum ceremonies

knowledge of Workday Security

Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting.
