Manage full-cycle recruiting for US IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Utilize various job boards such as ATS, C2C, Dice, H1B sponsorship to source top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire process.
