Role & responsibilities
Conduct field and desk investigations for loan applicants.
Verify customer credentials including residence, business, income, and documentation.
Identify and flag fraudulent/suspicious cases.
Liaise with credit, sales, and operations teams for case validation.
Prepare detailed investigation reports with actionable insights.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
Maintain defined TAT and ensure timely case closures.
Support fraud prevention and risk control initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Postgraduate.
5+ years of relevant experience in NBFC or Banking sector.
Hands-on experience in Micro LAP / LAP / Home Loans is mandatory.
Solid analytical and investigative skills.
Positive communication and report-writing ability.
Open to field travel.
