Toshiba JSW is looking for an experienced qualified for the role of DCS Design & Engineering, responsible for handling end-to-end engineering and design activities of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Turbine DEH / EHC control systems for large capacity Thermal & Hydro power plants.

Position: Deputy Manager/Manager
Experience: 08 to 15 Years (Thermal Power Plant)
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification- BE/B-Tech in C&I;

Key Responsibilities
Perform basic and detailed engineering of:
Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Turbine DEH / EHC control & protection system
Develop:
Control philosophies
Overall DCS Configuration
Functional design specifications
Tag database
Logic diagrams and system configurations
Mimics
Design of DCS Panel including hardware selection & its arrangements
Design of industrial standard communication protocols such as OPC, Modbus etc.
Design of cyber security philosophy, policies & implementation of OT system




Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project, commissioning, and client stakeholders
Ensure compliance with technical standards, project specifications, and quality requirements
Participate in system testing, site commissioning, and troubleshooting
Support documentation, reviews, and client approvals

Required Skills/Abilities:
Hands-on experience in DCS platforms
Experience in large capacity power plant control systems engineering
Team work and cooperation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Prior experience in overall project management of DCS PJ will be advantage
