Role & responsibilities
Provide L2 support for Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests.
Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, namespaces, ingress controllers, and containerized workloads.
Support cloud networking, security groups, load balancers, IAM roles, and storage services.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
Ensure platform availability, reliability, and performance across cloud settings.
Collaborate with L3 teams, architects, and application teams for issue resolution.
Participate in shift handovers and maintain operational documentation.
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
