Platform & Architecture Skills
Digital platform design and composable architectures
Integration patterns (APIs, microservices, event-driven)
Cloud-native architectures and scalable platform solutions
Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and integration layers

Software Engineering & Delivery
Robust understanding and background as a developer in at least one of these languages: .NET, Java, JavaScript, and/or web-based platforms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and up-to-date engineering practices
Scalable application development and platform performance optimization

AI & Data Capabilities
Experience with AI/ML/GenAI integration into enterprise platforms
Data-driven architectures and analytics solutions
Understanding of AI governance, model lifecycle, and data quality principles
