I'm hiring for a Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager position at ABC Global (Remote, US-based company). We're looking for someone to help plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google to promote our job openings and attract qualified candidates.

What I need:
Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns specifically for recruitment (lead generation and traffic to our Page or application form)
Optimize audience targeting to reach qualified candidates with digital marketing / paid advertising experience
Create and optimize ad campaigns to maximize qualified applications while maintaining cost efficiency
Provide recommendations for ad creatives (copy, images, and videos)

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports (CPL / CPA / ROAS where applicable)
Continuously test and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives
Estimated advertising budget: USD 50,000/month
