We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Head to manage the finance and accounts function for a big group. The role involves complete ownership of accounting, costing, taxation, compliance, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis across all business functions.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Drive profitability improvement through cost optimization, pricing analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and funding requirements.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls, risk management systems, and financial governance practices.
Support expansion plans, investment decisions, and strategic business initiatives through financial insights.
Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement teams to improve financial performance.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team.
