Role & responsibilities
Responsible for warranty claims inspections and technical complaints resolutions.
Responsible for after sales service in assigned territory/ branches.
Ensure flushing of return tyres from dealers to branch office.
Responsible for field evaluation & bench marking with competition.
Dealer Management and fleet management.
Provide Technical training to OEMs, Dealers, fitters about tyre defects and tyre care maintenance.
Conducting customer awareness activities, acts as a support to sales team to enhance revenue.
Scrap tyre analysis and service checkup camps.
Providing various feedbacks to product teams, early failures and key concerns about products.
Inspection of tyres. Root cause analysis of wear tear defect
