Role & responsibilities
Sourcing: Find candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and databases.
Screening: Conduct telephonic interviews to assess skills and fit.
Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Relationship Management: Build robust talent pipelines and client relations.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly closure and revenue targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred).
Skills: Robust portal sourcing (Boolean strings, headhunting).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Attributes: High energy, result-oriented, and negotiation skills
