Job Responsibilities:
Lead BIM implementation from Pre-Bid to Project Execution.
Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP).




Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models.
Integrate 4D planning & 5D cost management.
Perform Clash Detection & Design Coordination.
Support Quantity Take-Off and Cost Estimation.
Ensure BIM standards and digital engineering best practices.
