Responsibilities
Managing service transition and delivery teams to optimize client operations and reduce costs
-Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple priorities.

-Project Management, Risk & Budget Management

-ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services

-Process Mapping and Re-engineering

What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
