Job Description: Auto CAD Draftsman CIG, Bangalore

Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company is looking for Auto CAD Draftsman on deputation through Vendor, to join its CIG team based out of Bangalore. This individual should be a dynamic qualified who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies.

The Auto CAD Engineer must be proficient in the usage of 2D Auto-CAD. An experience in design of civil structure for Electrical systems is desirable. Knowledge of construction / Electrical / Mechanical applications is desirable.

Location: This position is on Contractual basis and will be based in Bangalore, India

Role and Responsibility:
Prepare 2D CAD drawings for the designed site, which includes Civil, Electrical and mechanical drawings.
Coordinate with Design engineers to incorporate design changes and revisions.
Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with project requirements.
Support project teams with drawing updates.

Skills and Experience:




The Candidate should possess a ITI (Draftsman) / Diploma in Civil Engineering, with 1 to 2 years’ experience in Drafting Civil / Mechanical drawings is desirable.
The candidate should be comfortable in usage of 2D Auto-CAD software independently. He / She possesses relevant skills with knowledge to read, understand and draft civil engineering drawings.
Candidates having worked on civil drawings for installing electrical and Mechanical (Piping / Ducting) systems is desirable.
Candidate should possess a valuable communication (Verbal & written) skill in English.
A sound knowledge on usage of PDF, Image files as an Input for CAD drawings.
Knowledge on CAD file storage and maintenance in server level is highly recommended.
Candidate should be comfortable and willing to work in a team.
Candidate should be adaptable to work in Shifts (Staggered working days and time).
