Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for the Manufacturing and Engineering industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hiring Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals and possess a proven track record of recruiting for large manufacturing organizations. Candidates with prior experience supporting companies such as pump manufacturing companies, or other engineering/manufacturing organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive talent mapping.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and salary negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, and hiring metrics.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on manufacturing and engineering hiring.
Strong experience hiring for Supply Chain Management (SCM) roles.
Experience recruiting for organizations in the Automotive, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Pump Manufacturing sectors.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Reliable career history with 23 years of tenure in the current or recent organization.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Solid understanding of the manufacturing talent landscape in North India.
