Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and implement Oracle HCM solutions.
Configure, support, and optimize Oracle applications and integrations.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL, Rapid Formula, OIC, and HCM API solutions.
Lead process improvement initiatives and drive business transformation.
Provide user training, technical support, and best-practice guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex business and system challenges.
Deliver data-driven insights and ensure high-quality client service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Quick Formula, OIC, and HCM APIs.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 4.5+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
