Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive learning workplace. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the preschools curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.

Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized support as needed.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.





Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.

Participate in professional development prospects to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.

Solid understanding of child development principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Knowledge of Preschool's educational philosophy and approach is a plus.
